Installation

Download the DMG
Click the download button above to get the latest Ovid.dmg installer for macOS.

Open the installer
Double-click Ovid.dmg in your Downloads folder. A new window will open.

Drag to Applications
Drag the Ovid icon into the Applications folder shortcut to install.

Launch Ovid
Open Ovid from your Applications folder. If macOS blocks the app because it's from an "unidentified developer," right-click the Ovid icon and choose Open from the menu. You'll see a dialog — click Open again to confirm. You only need to do this once.
